This week's question was inspired by my fondness for pajamas. Oooooh, cozy.
If you were to commission a close friend or relative to write your biography (or a story about your life), what do you think they would call it?
This topic came about when Stan and I were discussing my excellent choice of attire one Saturday afternoon: Purple pajamas and different colored eyeliner on each eye. (The latter is a beauty blogging thing, not an insanity thing. Assuming this blog isn't just a figment of my imagination.) This wasn't the first time I'd spent the weekend wearing sweats with a glammed-up face, so he announced that my life story should be called Purple Pajamas and Eyeliner: The R. Story. Clever, huh? Of course I have done a few things in my life besides lounge on the couch wearing makeup, but we'll save those stories for volume two.
Oh man, that is really a hard one. It would take me so long to really think about this and give you an answer lol
ReplyDeleteI wrote a personal narrative in college once titled The Mechanic's Daughter and it got a lot of buzz. It was all about how my dad is my best friend and how he taught me so much of what I know today, even if he didn't directly teach me it. So yeah, maybe that. My other choice would've been something along the lines of Don't Go In The Woods because of my Lyme disease situation (and the ticks) but that's actually the title of an AWFUL horror musical flick haha.

ReplyDeleteI guess the two different colored eyeliner wasn't too strange to me since us beauty bloggers do some strange things. But to a normal person or a guy for that matter...lol yes a little weird
ReplyDeleteLol at your book title! This is a good question...I would definitely commission my friend Linze to write it because she's an amazing writer. We have a few of the same crazy personality traits, so I think she would title it something like "Be Bold and Troll: The Danielle Story." That second part is because we both love to troll people at times (never anything harmful though!).

ReplyDeleteHaha! I suppose if I got different people to name my biography, the answers would also be very different. My mom would probably call it "My difficult daughter" or something like that. :P
